These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between Between Barber and Co Limited ("we," "us," "our") and you ("the member," "you," "your"). By participating in our loyalty program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The loyalty program is operated by Standard HQ Limited ("Standard"). By participating in the program, you consent to Standard processing your data in accordance with these terms and their privacy policy.
Membership is free and available to customers of Barber & Co Limited over the age of 13. Each member is entitled to one account, and accounts are non-transferable.
For Google Wallet users: By adding your loyalty card to Google Wallet, you consent to Google processing your data in accordance with Google Pay and Google Wallet terms and conditions.
For iOS users: Passes are updated via push notifications. If you disable notifications or we are unable to deliver updates, your pass may display out-of-date information. Only rewards shown at the time of scanning are valid and redeemable.
Existing app users can migrate to digital wallet passes using their registered email address. Please note that available rewards and terms may differ from those previously offered in the app.
VIP memberships are awarded at our sole discretion. VIP status and its associated benefits cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged. We reserve the right to revoke or modify VIP status and its benefits at any time.
By joining our loyalty program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information by Between Barber and Co Limited and Standard HQ Limited. While your data will never be sold to third parties, it may be used internally for marketing purposes, including but not limited to personalized offers, promotions, and service recommendations.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with our obligations under applicable law, including the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ). This notification will include the nature of the breach and recommended steps to mitigate potential harm.
We maintain incident response and breach notification procedures. In case of a breach, we will promptly investigate and take necessary remedial actions, including notifying relevant authorities where required by law.
Only rewards displayed at the time your pass is scanned by our system are valid and redeemable. Any rewards or offers shown on your device that differ from those displayed during scanning are not valid, regardless of when they were last updated on your device.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We reserve the right to terminate any membership for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. Members may terminate their participation at any time by contacting customer service.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
